<h1>espace concept bali<h1> <br /> <p>also work on specific, one-off villa design projects for close friends including Down Town (the first hip boutique residences in Bali), the landmark Istana villa on the Bukit in 2002 (the first of its kind on Bali’s barren peninsula – another gamble that no-one thought would work) and the much-lauded Tukad Segara residence in Batu Belig 2005 – a self-contained seven-bedroom retreat with bespoke games room, gym and spa and library replete with polished Travertine Italian marble and designed to be completely maintenance free, with only a handful of staff on the premises. The most recent project in Padang, just over the bridge and atop the cliffs of the famed Padang Padang surfing break, has just been completed.
